We’re kind of late to the party, but we just came across this now only!

We really recommend listening to this mix by PE’s DJ Mleistar, who put together a mix comprising of international hip hop, as well as SA hip hop, of which a great deal of it being EC hip hop – really dope!

This is what we need to see more of. Imagine a mix like this playing in mainstream clubs, showing people that EC hip hop is literally as audibly good as national/international hip hop. Steps like these will get more EC hip hop on local radio stations, shows and eventually in more areas of the national music industry.
